​How Culture is Changing and What Leaders Need to Know

Our society is changing rapidly. Technology, globalization and postmodernism are redefining how people view the world and what they expect from leaders. This training will discuss significant changes that are occurring in regards to ethics, communication, and diversity. It will provide practical leadership strategies for an emerging culture.  


​​Leading and Engaging Millennials in the Workplace

As of 2015, Millennials (born 1980-1995) represent the majority of the American workforce. Many of them are beginning to take leadership roles. They bring with them unique perspectives, work habits and expectations. This training will present the needs and values that various generations bring to teams and organizations, and discuss leadership practices for engaging Millennial employees and colleagues effectively.
