Understanding and Engaging
Millennials & Generation Z

An essential workshop for every church, school and organization working with youth and young adults, this workshop provides an overview of the core characteristics, needs and desires of the Millennial (b. 1980-1995) generation, and a look ahead at Gen Z (b. 1996-2012). This program provides valuable insights into the key trends that have influenced each generation. Attendees will gain an understanding of generational strengths and differences, values and perspectives, and key strategies for navigating generational differences effectively!
Kids/Teens and Technology: Effects on Identity, Relationships and Communication
Technology is developing faster than research can analyze and report its effects. We are introducing technology into the lives of kids, often before we can know its long-term influence. This workshop will look at important facts we do know and present strategies for navigating the integration of technology and social media into the lives of young people. We will look at strategies for teachers, mentors and leaders to help ensure maximum health, safety and development for students in this developing terrain.
Leading and Managing
Multigenerational Teams

Despite their great potential, multigenerational teams can also produce frustration as differing worldviews, work habits, and expectations collide. Millennials (b. 1980-1995) now represent a majority of the workforce and Gen Z (b. 1996-2012) is just beginning to enter the workplace. These generations bring with them unique skills, perspectives, and needs. If not understood, these differences can result in low satisfaction and retention.  This program provides valuable insights into generational expectations, and presents strategic tools to help leaders and managers retain and empower team members of all ages!
Building a Team
(The Kind People Don't Want to Leave!)

We have all been there...doing something we love, but feeling miserable with the relationships and team dynamics around us. This presentation discusses the foundation of a healthy team, as well as the natural stages of development on any team. How does a leader navigate these factors and develop a team that not only enjoys working together, but makes things happen? This session will discuss practical strategies for any team context.
Key Cultural and Technological Trends that Impact Your Organization
The world has changed dramatically in the past 20 years. Views on authority, institutions, and relationships have undergone major changes. Technology has transformed communication and employee/client expectations. Changing values and perspectives often result in conflict or misunderstanding. In this program, we will consider how these and related trends are impacting your team and organization. Attendees will learn strategies needed for every team and organization to survive and thrive in this changing context.
Navigating the 3 Cs:
Competition, Comparison & Criticism

Technology and social media have amplified the effects of office politics, gossip, and sizing up the lifestyles and choices of coworkers and friends. The overwhelming wealth of information at our fingertips, along with the plethora of options we enjoy, can lead to paralyzing indecision or nagging doubt regarding our choices. How do we navigate these dynamics and find deep contentment that empowers us to live and lead from a place of joy and strength? Attendees will gain practical strategies for living and leading with contentment and focus in a world of comparison and competition.
